European Smoked Lox products - Sockeye and Halibut
These products are lightly smoked, cold method, to finish as a mild flavored product. It is a more 'moist' product and it your traditional topping for bagels and cream cheese. Also good chopped and sprinkled on scrambled eggs!

It is sliced and packaged in a foil backed vacuum sealed 4 ounce package. They will last up to 9 months if kept unopened in the refrigerator.
The halibut is unique and like many other of our products one you will enjoy greatly!
Hot Smoked Fillets and Strips
These Sockeye products are hot smoked to your more traditional 'drier' taste. Sealed in a foiled backed package they are good, unopened, in there refrigerator for up to 9 months. Great as a snack, on a fish platter, to give as hostess gifts, and of course with beer!
