European Smoked Lox products - Sockeye and HalibutThese products are lightly smoked, cold method, to finish as a mild flavored product. It is a more 'moist' product and it your traditional topping for bagels and cream cheese. Also good chopped and sprinkled on scrambled eggs!
It is sliced and packaged in a foil backed vacuum sealed 4 ounce package. They will last up to 9 months if kept unopened in the refrigerator.
